Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of DateSense (the "App"), provided by Osman Goni Chowdhury, an individual independent developer (sole proprietor) ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

monday.com is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility or liability for the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App with your monday.com account. You may not use the App unlawfully or in any way that infringes others' rights or disrupts the monday.com platform.

By enabling the App on a board you give your explicit consent for it to read and modify that board's date and timeline values via the monday.com API, as described in our Privacy Policy. Authorization of the App alone is not consent; enabling it on a board is.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App, nor disassemble, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the App or any software it incorporates, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying that date shifts meet your scheduling needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, business, or profits, arising from your use of the App. These disclaimers and limitations are also for the benefit of monday.com.

Support is provided by email at support@findosman.com, with a response target of 2 business days.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
